🔹キャンセルポリシー

お客様のご都合によるキャンセルについては、以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。

・7日前〜3日前：ツアー料金の30％
・2日前〜前日：ツアー料金の50％
・当日：ツアー料金の100％

※無連絡キャンセルは100％のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

なお、天候不良や安全上の理由によりツアーを中止する場合は、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。

🔹Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees apply for cancellations made by the customer:

• 7 to 3 days before the tour: 30% of the total fee

• 2 days to 1 day before the tour: 50% of the total fee

• On the day of the tour: 100% of the total fee

No-show without notice will be charged 100%.

If the tour is cancelled due to weather or safety reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged.

We will do our best to accommodate date changes whenever possible, so please feel free to contact us.

​🔹ツアー参加時の保険について

本ツアーにはお客様の傷害保険は含まれておりません。
ツアー中の万が一の事故やケガ、遭難・救助費用に備え、
各自で登山保険または旅行保険へのご加入を強くおすすめしております。

なお、ガイドは賠償責任保険に加入しておりますが、
お客様ご自身のケガや疾病、携行品の損害等については補償対象外となります。

安心してツアーにご参加いただくため、事前の保険加入をご検討ください。

​🔹Travel insurance for tour participants

Personal injury insurance is not included in this tour.
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain their own travel or mountain insurance

to cover potential risks such as injury, illness, or rescue costs.

Please note that while your guide is covered by liability insurance,
this does not cover personal injuries, illness, or damage to personal belongings.

We recommend arranging appropriate insurance before joining the tour.
