​キャンセルポリシー　／　Cancellation Policy

🔹キャンセルポリシー

お客様のご都合によるキャンセルについては、以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。なお、システムの仕様上、

キャンセル料は「ツアーまたはレンタル開始時間の◯◯時間前」を基準に計算されますのでご注意ください。
例）７月２日午前９時～レンタル開始　７月１日午前１０時にキャンセルの場合、当日扱いの１００％となります。　
・7日前〜48時間前まで：ツアー料金の30％
・48時間前〜24時間前まで：ツアー料金の50％
・24時間前以降および無連絡：ツアー料金の100％
なお、天候不良や安全上の理由によりツアーを中止する場合は、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。
​日程変更については可能な限り柔軟に対応いたしますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
※７日前以前のキャンセルの場合もカード手数料を差し引いてのご返金となります

 

🔹Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Please note that, cancellation fees are calculated based on the scheduled  the tour time.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the scheduled start time of the tour or rental.
・7 days to  48 hours before the tour: 30% of the total fee
・48 to 24 hours before the tour: 50% of the total fee
・Within 24 hours of the tour / No-show : 100% of the total fee
If the tour is cancelled due to weather or safety reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged.
We will do our best to accommodate date changes whenever possible, so please feel free to contact us.
※Cancellations after payment will be refunded minus the credit card fee.

​🔹ツアー参加時の保険について

本ツアーにはお客様の傷害保険は含まれておりません。ツアー中の万が一の事故やケガ、遭難・救助費用に備え、
ご自身にて登山保険または旅行保険へのご加入を強くおすすめしております。

なお、ガイドは賠償責任保険に加入しておりますが、お客様ご自身のケガや疾病、携行品の損害等については

補償対象外となります。

安心してツアーにご参加いただくため、事前の保険加入をご検討ください。

​🔹Travel insurance for tour participants

Please note that personal accident insurance is not included in our tours or rentals.

For your safety and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance

before participating in any activity.

Recommended insurance:
• Travel insurance 

• Mountaineering insurance 

• Bicycle / e-bike insurance

Your insurance should ideally cover:
• Personal injury 

• Illness   

• Search and rescue costs
• Loss of or damage to personal belongings and equipment

Please note that while our guides and rental services are covered by third-party liability insurance,

this does not cover participants' personal injuries, illness, medical expenses, or damage to personal belongings and equipment.

ご予約はメールにて承っております。
以下の内容をご記入のうえ、お問い合わせください。

・ご希望のツアー（利尻島 / 礼文島・半日 / 1日 など）
・ご希望日程
・参加人数
・代表者様のお名前
・ご連絡先（メールアドレス / 電話番号）
・ご宿泊先（決まっている場合）
・その他ご要望（レベル、体力、興味のある内容など）

内容を確認後、空き状況および詳細をご返信いたします。​

 

🔹How to make a reservation

All guide fees are tax included.

To make a reservation, please contact us by email with the following details:

  • Preferred tour (Rishiri / Rebun, Half Day or Full Day, etc.)

  • Preferred date(s)

  • Number of participants

  • Name of the representative

  • Contact information (email / phone number)

  • Accommodation (if decided)

  • Any special requests (experience level, fitness, interests, etc.)

We will reply with availability and further details.
