キャンセル・変更・返金について：
お客様のご都合により予約をキャンセル・変更される場合は、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。なお、システム上キャンセル料は「ツアー

またはレンタル開始時間の◯◯時間前」を基準に計算されますのでご注意ください。
例）７月２日午前９時～レンタル開始　７月１日午前１０時にキャンセルの場合、当日扱いの１００％となります。　
・ツアー日の7日前まで：無料
・ツアー日の7日前〜48時間前まで：代金の30％

・ツアー日の48時間前〜24時間前まで：代金の50％
・24時間前以降・無連絡キャンセル：代金の100% ※返金が発生する場合は、振込手数料またはカード手数料を差し引いて返金致します。

悪天候、自然災害、山の状況（警報発令や登山道の崩落など）、その他安全にツアーが催行できないとガイドが判断した場合は、ツアーを中止致

します。ガイドの判断によりツアー開始前に中止となった場合、ツアー代金は全額返金いたします。ただし、集合場所までの交通費や宿泊費等の

補償はいたしかねます。

Prices： Please refer to each tour/service detail page. All prices are shown in Japanese Yen ( JPY ) (All prices include consumption tax).
Costs Other Than the Product / Service Price：

  • Insurance premiums

  • Payment processing fees and bank transfer fees

  • Transportation costs to and from the meeting point

  • Public transportation fares

  • Meals and beverages during the tour

  • Admission fees to paid facilities or attractions

  • Any special arrangements requested by the participant

Payment Methods & Timing : 

Methods : Payment methods vary depending on the tour or service and may include Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Postal Transfer, or On-site Cash/Card payment. Please check the specific page for your tour. Detailed instructions will be provided via email after booking.
Timing : For credit card payments, the billing and debit dates depend on your credit card issuer's terms and conditions.

Service Delivery  : Services will be provided on the specific date and time reserved.

​Cancellations, Changes and Refunds : 

If you cancel or modify your reservation for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Up to 7 days before the tour date: No charge

  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour start time: 30% of the tour price

  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the tour start time: 50% of the tour price

  • Less than 24 hours before the tour start time or no-show: 100% of the tour price

Please note that, cancellation fees are calculated based on the scheduled  the tour time.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the scheduled start time of the tour or rental. 

Example: A rental starting at 9:00 AM on July 2 and canceled at 10:00 AM on July 1 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

If a refund is issued, any applicable bank transfer fees, credit card processing fees, or other transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, trail conditions (including weather

warnings, trail closures, or trail damage), or any other circumstances that may affect participant safety.

If the Company cancels a tour before the scheduled start time, the full tour fee will be refunded.

However, the Company shall not be responsible for reimbursing any related expenses incurred by participants, including transportation costs, accommodation expenses, or other incidental costs.
